All such consultations are kept strictly confidential. No fees or charges will be assessed for an initial telephone consultation or for the first hour of an in-office consultation. In-office consultations are reserved for those businesses and individuals likely to become a Client of the firm as determined by Attorney Wooten.

In keeping with applicable Professional Standards of Professional Ethics and Responsibility, which include an obligation for attorneys to avoid conflicts of interest, Attorney Wooten does require all prospective clients to provide their name and relevant contact information before starting any consultation.
